Hailing from Chapel Hill, Southern Culture on the Skids—affectionately known as SCOTS—has spent over four decades serving up a greasy, high-octane mix of rockabilly, surf rock, and country-fried garage punk. Led by the trio of Rick Miller, Mary Huff, and Dave Hartman, they are the undisputed kings and queen of the "swamp rock" sound.

The group hits the road this year for the Southern Culture on the Skids 2026 Tour. This run finds Southern Culture on the Skids joined by a revolving cast of guests, including Skinny McGee and Little House on select dates. Southern Culture on the Skids (SCOTS) is a rockabilly, swamp rock trio from Chapel Hill, NC, known for wild live shows and hits like “Camel Walk” and “Voodoo Cadillac.” Formed in 1983, their breakthrough album Dirt Track Date (1995) sold over 250,000 copies.
